Plans for 50 new homes approved

PLANS to build more than 50 homes on the site of a former bus depot in St Austell have been given the go ahead.
Treverran Homes Ltd’s revised plans to build 53 apartments in the land at Eliot Road have now been approved.
This is the third time the plans for the 1.3 acre site have been put forward after the developer withdrew its proposals for 60 homes in August...

What is happening to the Planners here in the area ????? ...they REALLY must be imbibing some serious "Happy Juice" & more ....WHERE are the Extra Doctors / Schools / Better Hospital provision !!! Its Disgusting !!!

Will there be any 1bedroom apartments being build as that what I need to downsize from my 3bed house and also I´m disabled which there isn´t many places to go in this area and I will not go near town to live as with so many hilly roads ect.
