MORE THAN £2m has been secured to help transform a former china clay pit on the edge of St Austell into one of the country’s first ever garden villages.

Letchworth Garden City was the first GDC in the UK way back in the seventies, that aside we are not in a position to accommodate additional homes without additional services. They are planning to remove the St Austell MIU, the doctors surgery´s are falling into special measures and we are going to build additional housing.?
