Worried students gather

Students from Gorran could be prevented from remaining in full time education if Cornwall Council pushes ahead with plans to axe the link bus which helps to get them to college.

Students will have to walk nearly three miles along muddy lanes or the coast path to Mevagissey to catch the bus to Truro College or Cornwall College St Austell.

The scrapping of the link bus between Gorran and Mevagissey has left many teens and their parents worried that they will not be able to continue with their education...
