A VOLUNTEER cancer patient driver has branded proposed NHS England plans to centralise certain UK cancer services as “a death sentence”.

NHS England is currently consulting on a new model for radiotherapy services, which looks to centralise radiotherapy for less common cancers to larger centres and would see some specialist services moved from Cornwall to Devon...
