MP fights to keep radiotherapy in county

CONCERNS plans to move radiotherapy treatment from Cornwall to Devon will lead to more people dying have been raised in the House of Commons by Newquay and St Austell MP Steve Double.

Last month the Voice reported how there were fears the proposed plans to make some cancer patients drive for up to two hours to Plymouth or Exeter for radiotherapy treatment could lead to a rise in the number of deaths....

We should keep these services as not everyone has transport and will cost them a bomb to go all the way and surely we deserve to keep somethings in CORNWALL!, not the mention that they r already very ill in the first place it´s so wrong to move it

how much more are they taking from Cornwall people
leave how treatments here were we can get to them,
and were we need them.
Cornwall is getting more populated and they are taking more away from use cancer treatments.
plus the treatment hospital Bodmin which was very good.
